Membership at The Port Royal Club

The Port Royal Club welcomes and encourages owners of all eligible Port Royal properties to join the Club. 

Members enjoy the Port Royal Club's Private Beach, Dining areas, Pool, Spa, Fitness, and Tennis facilities.

Within 90 days of purchasing a Port Royal Club Resident Membership eligible property, new owners may choose from the following options:

1. Become a full Member.

2. Choose not to join the Club; however, retain the property's immediate Resident eligibility status for up to four years by placing a deposit equal to 25% of the current initiation fee and paying 25% of the current annual dues on a yearly basis.

3. Elect neither of the above which will suspend the Membership eligibility status of the property.  This option carries a reinstatement fee equal to 75% of the current initiation fee.
